As we are not located at the house it was critical that I had confidence in the person doing the viewings....and Ali got it sold on the second viewing. She was incredibly helpful throughout, being a great intermediate between the buyer and ourselves and driving the solicitors. I booked a viewing for Marylebone crescent and I must say the comms were amazing. Emily introduced herself, kept in touch, text me just before to tell me I could park on the drive. On meeting Emily. I felt a wow factor, her energy and enthusiasm was nothing like any other estate agent I’ve met (there’s been plenty!) She knew all about the house, she’d built a great rapport with the owner and this shone through as she took me round each room. Emily is a real credit to Yopa (who I’ve never used before) but I would want Emily to sell my house in a heartbeat.
Emily was amazing throughout the entire process, on the ball with everything. Helped us all the way through the process whenever we needed anything.
