Ryan lives just outside Lancaster with his wife and two children, as well as a Labrador called Ozzy. He moved to the area twenty two years ago to complete a marketing degree at Lancaster University, and has called it home ever since. Ryan has been selling houses for over a decade, working for a high street agent and an online agent giving him a huge breadth of experience. He is originally from the South Lakes in Cumbria and has an extensive knowledge of this area as well as the surrounding areas of Lancaster, Morecambe and Kendal. Outside of work, he plays football in a local league and enjoys long walks to help local charities such as St Marys Hospice. He also enjoys watching many other sports he and his wife and children are interested in.
