I was impressed with the online description of Yopa and how it operates. The fees are a huge reduction compared to local estate agents, with a variety of options. Our agent was local, knowledgeable and experienced, and gave us a confidence of a smooth selling transaction. Our sale happened immediately/first viewing and was handled professionally by the agent. The follow up also went smoothly. Although our sale was simple I would definitely recommend Yopa and would use again as our first preference.
Absolutely could not fault the service Dave at Yopa has given us. The photos he took were amazing, the ad was extremely well written and was very efficient at getting it online quickly. Working in photography I am picky when it comes to quality and Dave is the best. His communication is second to none, he genuinely wants the best for everyone in the process and works very hard to get it all wrapped up. As stressful as selling and buying property can be, Dave made it easier and I would highly recommend Yopa. The online interface has made it simple and quick to monitor progress and contact our buyer if necessary. When will definitely use Dave at Yopa again when we eventually sell our next property.
